Activities	1. The teacher revises the Form 5 poems with the students. 2. Discussion on the selected short story. 3. The ss jot down notes during the revision.

Reflections	5K1: The ss chose Qwertyuiop for the revision. Through the quiz and questions given, they seemed like forgotten most parts of the story . The poem, Nature was easy to understand for the students. However, they need to revise by their own more with the notes given. 5S4: The discussion was done in brief. The ss could understand Nature better than the poem, Are You Still Playing Your Flute? They were still blur with the literary meaning for each stanza. Hence, they could not explain well for the message found in each stanza. They should read up the notes and exercise given. 5K7: The ss were more interested in The Fruitcake Special because the plot is easy for them. However, none of them could tell the plot of the story. They did not remember the characters too. Quizzes were given to help them remember the detail.

Activities	1. The teacher revises the format of the report with the ss. 2. The ss write the answers on the blackboard. 3. The ss jot down notes during the revision.

Reflections	5S4: They managed to do the introductory paragraph. Most of the time, their ideas were overlapping and disorganized for the body. 5K1: There were around 30% of the ss still unable to write a title without errors. They were lack of ideas to write the report and some did not know the format well. They need to revise the format based on the sample report in the textbook and notes given.

Reflection	Most of the ss did not complete the form because they did not know how to write in English. They enjoyed reading the books with pictures. There were few interpreted the message of the story by just looking at the illustration shown in each page. So, more books or reading materials with interesting pictures will be prepared for the ss. Dictionary will be provided to help them in reading.

Activities	1. Revise the format learnt briefly. 2. The ss write the answers of the group work on the blackboard. 3. Discuss and copy the answer.

Reflection	Both classes made a minor mistake on the title by not writing it in the middle and underlying it. Most of them knew the rules of capitalization that needed to be applied on it. They were able to produce the report accordingly.

Activities	1. Introduce the topic by giving notes and examples. 2. Exercise: Form three sentences for each sentence structure learnt. 3. Discuss and copy the answer.
Moral Values	Diligence, discipline
Reflection	There were around 50% of the ss did not really understand the sentence structures given because they could not produce the sentence correctly. Another half was able to do with the teacher's facilitation.

Why? c) When a curse is made? d) Who usually tend to make a curse? e) Why people make a curse? f) Do you believe in cursing? Explain. g)Draw the white rose with blood. h) Give the symbolic meaning of the illustration. i) Predict the storyline based on the clues on the cover. 3. Reflection	5K7: Most of the ss were interested with the discussion. There were less than 30% of them gave response accordingly. Behavioural Objectives	1. know what adjectives are by giving appropriate examples. 2. identify the nouns amongst the words given before arranging the adjectives before nouns. 3. know the order of adjectives by arrange the adjectives given in a correct order.
Activities	1. Discuss about 'nouns' and 'adjectives' in general. 2. Copy notes given by the teacher. 3. The ss identify nouns in the exercise given. 4. The ss give examples of adjectives. 5. Exercise: Arranging adjectives in order. 6. Discussing the exercise.
Moral Values	Politeness, diligence.

Reflections	5S4: The ss were able to understand the lesson by giving mostly correct answers. They were not so sure with the order of opinion and description for adjectives. However, after more practice, there were more than 60% of them could answering the questions given correctly. 5K7: There were only around 20% of the ss were able to identify the nouns of the questions given. They needed explanation on the vocabulary to do the exercise, and most of them could answer it correctly.
