` Activities	1. The selected student presents the topic of the week. 2. Discussion of the topic and its related issues in class. 3. Homework: Write an essay about the topic discussed or its related issues by thinking of one's own topic. 4. The teacher gives the short notes on the steps.
Reflection	The selected student was able to find an interesting current issue. He could improve his presentation by knowing more about the causes and effects of the incident of '9/11', so that the other classmates could understand better about the topic discussed. All of them did not have sufficient knowledge about the issue. The teacher facilitated the discussion by giving examples and telling them things they needed to do in performing the task.

Discussion of the topic and its related issues in class. 4. Homework: Write an essay about the topic discussed or its related issues by thinking of one's own topic. 5. The teacher revises the previous lesson by doing exercises in class. 6. Homework: Write an introduction besed on question in the Monthly Test.
Reflection	The selected student was keen to share the topic i.e. Crimes. However, he could not deliver the message clearly due to the language constraint. The response during the discussion was satisfactory. On the other hand, the students still need to improve their skill to read the non-linear texts esp. the graphic aids. Half of them failed to recognize the two headings of the non-linear texts provided in the question.

` Activities	1.The selected student share his opinions regarding the previous topic of the week by reading aloud his writing. 2. The selected student presents the topic of the week. 3. Discussion of the topic and its related issues in class. 4. Homework: Write an essay about the topic discussed or its related issues by thinking of one's own topic. 5. The teacher revises the previous lesson by asking the selected students to read aloud their paragraph of introduction. 6. The teacher discusses the Step C & D. 7. The students build questions based on the task given. 8. Homework: Answer the questions built correctly.
Reflection	The students were passive about the topic presented i.e. Children Sexually Abused on Pakistan's Street. The teacher discussed the topic by relating it to the social ailments and advised them to be alert with this kind of issues nowadays. Besides, they managed to form a clear introduction accordingly. They were also able to build lead-in questions after the discussion in class.

Discussion of the topic and its related issues in class. 4. Homework: Write an essay about the topic discussed or its related issues by thinking of one's own topic. 5. The teacher revises the previous lesson by asking the selected students to read aloud their build-in questions. 6. The students dictate the sample questions read by the teacher. 7. Homework: Write the article. 8. The teacher discusses the writing style and tone for Question 1. 9. Revise the strategies and steps learnt by discussing the exercises of understanding the graphic aids.
Reflection	The selected student presented a brief sharing on the previous topic. It was only in one paragraph. They are advised to write more in order to practice the skill of generating ideas. The students learned to interpret the graphic aids by looking at the sentence and grammatical structures like tenses, choice of words, writing style and tone. They were asked to apply the techniques learnt in the homework given.

Learning Outcomes	1.1 b. taking part in conversations and discussions. 2.3c. ii. Responding to questions and comments orally and in writing.
Behavioural Objectives	1. know how marks are awarded for Section A, Paper 1. 2. get the answer from the rubric. 3. write the formal letter correctly.
Activities	1. Discuss the overall performance. 2. Teacher discusses Section A in class. 3. Ss copy the answers discussed.
Moral Values	Co-operation, politeness, responsibility.
Reflections	5K7: Overall, the ss performed badly with 100% failure. No one could write the letter with a correct format. The sample essay was given by the teacher. 5K1:More than 50% of the ss could write the format correctly. The points given were not all included. Language was poor and made the meaning become blurred. T5hey were reminded to write simple sentences and include all the points provided. 5S4: The ss were dissatisfied with their own performance. They were not ready well. The paper was not prepared in a full set despite the time for the test was shorter than what it should be too.

` Activities	1. The teacher plays the video of MUET Speaking Test. 2. The ss watch the video quietly. 3. Commenting the performance of the candidates.
Reflection	The students could identify generally the mistakes made by the candidates. The teacher commented also the performance and reminded the ways to improve it to the ss.

Reflection	The students were divided into two groups. The test was been carried out smoothly. The ss were still weak in managing the time. Communication skills needed to be improved in order to be more confident and coherent.

Behavioural Objectives	1. know how marks are awarded for Section B, Paper 2. 2. skim for specific information by knowing the keywords from the questions asked. 3. extract main points from the text read.
Activities	1. Discuss the overall performance of Paper 2. 2. Teacher discusses Section B in class. 3. Discuss Section C in class. 4. Homework: Rewrite the points underlined in one own words.
Moral Values	Appreciation on life, diligence.
Reflections	5K1: Most of the ss did not answer the summary due to the time constraint. However, after the discussion, they had a better idea to answer it. 5K7:There were less than 10% of the ss tried to answer the summary. They did not understand the questions asked about the passage too. They were given tips to answer the summary. 5S4: most of the ss answered all the questions, but did not show full understanding on the comprehension questions. They were told to identify the keywords and steps to answer the summary.

Topic Sub-topics Objectives	Monthly Test Correction Paper 1,2 & 3 By the end of the lesson, students are able to 1. Understand the requirement of all the three test papers given by knowing the rubrics. 2. answer the questions accordingly by knowing the keywords.
` Activities	1. Discuss the overall performance. 2. Discuss the answers for each paper. 3. Do corrections.
Reflection	The ss were dissatisfied with their performance. There were around 40% of them did not pay attention to the keywords given. They needed more practice to familiarize themselves with the question format.

Learning Outcomes	3.1 b. recognizing elements in a story such as characters and setting. c. explaining the message the writer is trying to convey and discussing how this relates to one' life.
Behavioural Objectives	1. know the characters in Chapter 8. 2. know the setting for Chapter 8. 3. know the plot of the story by knowing the important events for each chapter.
Activities	1. The selected students role play or perform the chapter assigned. 2. Discuss the chapter. 3. Revise the story by telling the important events shown in the pictures.
Moral Values	Respects, diligence, family love, perseverance, determination, honesty.

Reflections	5K1: The performance did not show their full understanding on the chapter. They needed to do self-revision more. 5K7: The teacher explained the story to the ss by showing the pictures and gave the chapter summary to the students. 5S4: The selected group of students was able to act accordingly the scene selected. They needed more practice to enhance their understanding.

Reflection	The students were exposed to the techniques to read a non-linear text. More discussion will be carried out in the next lesson.
