Reflection

Reflection

The ss are still confused with the features of clause and phrase. They will be given more examples and activities on clause and phrase. The class activity will be more student-centred instead of the teacher explains everything.

More than 70% of the ss were able to follow the lesson by giving appropriate response. The group work will be further discussed next week.

4. Listening activity: Listen to the text played. Identify the main clause in

the text heard.

6. Group work: Two groups with their respective topic i.e. summarizing

techniques and making inferences.

Reflection

The ss were able to identify the main clause in a sentence correctly. However, they sometimes were confused with certain conjunctions and the use of comma in compound and complex sentences. They understood its difference after discussion.
