Reflection | The ss were able to response accordingly. However, they needed to improve on their way of introducing oneself and the task. The points suggested were lack of supporting details like statistics and real examples. They needed to practice more in order to maximise the use of time within the time limit. They were advised to speak clearly and steadily instead of mumbling to themselves and softly. |

Reflection | There was one student totally out of ideas. Two were unclear with their thoughts because they did not understand the task fully. The others were lack of ideas. However, they did improve. There were only one student out of the nine managed to present the task fluently and clearly by giving organized and adequate framework of answers. The students were opened to the constructive comments by the teacher. |

Reflection | The teacher concluded the performance of the ss in the topical test in general. Besides, each ss received personal comments from the teacher which is written in words based on their performance in speaking. It was aimed to improve their speaking skills. The exposure on the test format of Paper 4 helped the ss to prepare mentally. Further discussion on this component will be carried out in the upcoming lessons through ss presentations based on the topics given. |

The teacher defined what thesis statement and general statement were since the students failed to explain it clearly. Handouts on the topics presented will be given in the next lesson. |
