Learning Outcome	2.3 i. using appropriate format, conventions and grammar when presenting information.
Behavioural Objectives	1. fill in the blanks with correct prepositions of direction. 2. build a sentence for each prepositions of direction learnt.
Activities	1. Discuss types of prepositions generally. 2. Discuss what prepositions of direction are. 3. Exercise and discussion. 4. Homework: Building sentences.
Moral Values	Diligence, co-operation.

Reflection	The ss were able to name all the prepositions learnt. However, they were quite confused with the use for certain prepositions of direction i.e. Through, out of, to and towards. More examples will be discussed in the next lesson.

Activities	1. Introducing the concept of time for greeting purpose. 2. Discussing the guidelines given. 3. Group work: Write a paragraph of introduction based on the question given.
Moral Values	Love on environment, co-operation.
Reflection	The ss were able to understand the topic by giving appropriate response to the questions asked.

Activities	1. Revise the topic in general. 2. Group work: The ss write their introduction on the blackboard. 3. Discussion and correction. 4. Copy the short notes for the question given.
Moral Values	Love on environment, co-operation.
Reflection	The ss were managed to write the paragraph of introduction with appropriate greeting to the target audience, but most of them were unable to identify the suitable topic for the speech.

Reflection	Avery positive feedback with the correct answers of introduction. The only aspect which the ss needed to improve was the topic of the speech.

Activities	1. Teacher discusses the word of 'homecoming' by building a word web. 2. Quiz. 3. Exercise. 4. Discussion and correction.
Moral Values	love, loyalty, responsibility, rationale.

Reflection	The ss needed the teacher to facilitate throughout the discussion. More exercise are needed for better comprehension.

Behavioural Objectives	1. know the setting and characterisation of the story by reading the notes. 2. choose the suitable cast of the drama learnt by telling their characteristics.
Activities	1. The teacher gives the notes to the ss. 2. Discussing the notes on setting and characters. 3. Class activity: the ss paste the pictures found on the blackboard. 4. Discussion on the characteristics found in the chosen cast.
Moral Values	Creativity, co-operation, sympathy, bravery, moderation.

Reflection	Satisfactory feedback. The ss enjoyed the class activity.
